VISIT TO NEPEAN BLUE MOUNTAINS VACCINATION HUB

I was privileged to represent the Minister for Health Brad Hazzard and inspect the COVID-19 vaccine hub for the Nepean Blue Mountains Area Health Service in Kingswood.
I have nothing but admiration and appreciation for our amazing front line health workers dealing with this crisis.

The hub at Penrith alongside Nepean hospital will pass 10,000 vaccinations this week.

The community members I met were cooperative and confident in our NSW response to the epidemic.

Currently, over 50's can receive the Astra-Zeneca vaccine and 40-49 can receive the Pfizer vaccine.

I encourage the community to register for the COVID vaccine either with your local GP or at a vaccination hub.

If you have any questions about the vaccine, please speak with your GP.

Further information on how and where to register can be found on the NSW Health website.
