MEETING WITH VOLUNTEERS FROM THE RHODODENDRON GARDENS
I was very pleased to donate and plant a Rhododendron called 'Christmas cheer' and meet with the wonderful volunteers today at the Blackheath after announcing a $20,000 grant from the NSW Liberal Government to help them recover from the bushfires.

INQUIRY INTO STATE RECORDS ACT FINAL HEARING
Last hearing today for the Social Issues Committee inquiry into the State Records Act 1998 and Policy Paper on its Review which I Chair. We heard from a variety of witnesses who were sharing their views on the proposal to merge State Archives and Records Authority with the Sydney Living Museum.
